This is a two bedroom two bath condo. This is for one person ONLY. The monthly rent is $1200 plus half of cable, pg&e, water, etc. which is $100 for a total of $1,300 per month. Very nice condo in a great location in Monterey. You have a patio off your bedroom and your own bathroom. The living room has a fireplace and the condo is on the third floor with wonderful views of trees. There is an elevator. There's a swimming pool and clubhouse...I'm looking for someone to move in December 15th or Jan 1st. You must be responsible, kind, positive, have a full-time job or be a full-time student and be clean and tidy. Unfortunately, no pets because I already have a cat that won't tolerate another animal.
